Anthony and Sparr are small unincorporated communities in northeastern Marion County, minutes from downtown Ocala but distinctly rural in character. Combined they house roughly 3,000 residents and offer larger lots at more attainable prices than the NW equestrian corridor.
NE Marion has traditionally been the quieter, more agricultural side of Ocala. New construction is expanding along the US-301 corridor, but much of Anthony and Sparr remains open country with mature oak canopy.
Country roads, farm stands, quiet evenings, and quick access to Ocala for shopping, dining, and medical care.
